“AD-ARTS” is a project executed within the ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME 2019 in the KEY ACTION 2. COOPERATION FOR INNOVATION AND THE EXCHANGE OF GOOD PRACTICES; Transnational Strategic Partnerships aimed to develop initiatives addressing one or more fields of education training and youth and promote innovation, exchange of experience and know-how between different types of organizations involved in education, training and youth or in other relevant fields.
AD-ARTS promotes social inclusion of Persons with Alzheimer`s and Other Dementia, through their participation in Creative Arts Therapies in cooperation with relatives out of the care centers and also through the participation of relatives and professionals in Creative Arts performances.
AD – ARTS reduces disparities in access to and engagement with digital technologies by Persons with Alzheimer`s and Other Dementia, relatives and professionals. AD-ARTS will extend and develop the competences of relatives and professionals who support adults with Alzheimer`s and Other Dementia, through the transference of knowledge and tools related with the application of Creative Arts Therapies supported by Digital Tools.
AD-ARTS will also support the development of basic digital skills.
